These terms govern your use of the A&S Tennis Academy website and coaching services, provided by coach Juan Andres Falla in the Montreal area (Île des Sœurs and Brossard, Québec). By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and packages
Coaching is offered as monthly packages (Standard, Golden, and Premium Tennis Accelerator). When you book, you agree to the sessions, frequency, and price described for the package you choose. Session times are arranged directly with your coach around your schedule.
Payments
Packages are billed monthly. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change with reasonable notice; any change takes effect at your next billing cycle, never mid-month.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We know life happens. You can reschedule a session by contacting your coach ahead of time, subject to availability. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session.
Health, safety, and assumption of risk
Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You confirm that you (or the player you are booking for) are in suitable health to participate, and you accept responsibility for those risks. Please tell your coach about any injuries or medical conditions before your first session.
Conduct
We ask all players and guests to treat coaches, other players, and court facilities with respect. We reserve the right to end a session or package for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&S Tennis Academy is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected coaching package.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
